Carl David Ntiyankundiye is a cybersecurity consultant with experience in threat hunting and incident response. He has worked with Microsoft’s Detection and Response Team (DART) and currently contributes to hybrid identity security efforts at Semperis.

At KC7, He leads communications and supports outreach efforts, community programs, and the development of cybersecurity educational content. He is committed to expanding access to cybersecurity training and ensuring that students from underserved communities have opportunities to build meaningful, career-focused skills.
